Join Marie-Catherine Cyr, NGC Assistant Conservator of Paintings, in the Indigenous and Canadian Galleries and watch as she examines and cleans Jean Paul Riopelle’s monumental triptych Hommage aux Nymphéas – Pavane (1954). See what goes into preparing a large work for display, and make sure to see the final result this fall, when the Gallery opens a major retrospective on the artist.
